P Winn Luxury Hair Extensions, LLC accepts returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging

  • Hair must not be worn, installed, cut, colored, or tampered with

  • Lace must be uncut

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method

  • Store credit is not offered as a refund option

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Return Process
